The 180° Peer - Leader Assessment is ideal for exposing a peer-level group to the basics of leadership. It works best for those who have been training collectively for three or more weeks and have enough familiarity with one another to provide their opinions of each other's leader qualities.

A classroom environment lends itself well to this type of individual leader development. It proves especially worthwhile for those who have not had the challenge of leadership, but who possess potential to lead. It is also appropriate for those who work on a day-to-day basis in a collective group, with little interaction with seniors or support personnel.
