This
assessment, with its feedback, is a powerful means of helping individuals
become better leaders and motivating future leaders. The 270°
Leader Feedback Assessment measures the skills, knowledge, and attributes
commonly attributed to good leaders. This assessment is for aspiring
leaders that do not have direct reports/support personnel.
It
includes a self-rating from the evaluated individual and ratings
from selected peers and seniors. The resultant report compares the
assessed individual's self-perspective to others' perspectives resulting
in increased self-awareness, which is the first step in improving.
The
strength of the QLS 270° report is the one-on-one coaching,
which results in an Action Plan, containing personalized recommendations
on ways to improve.
