This
assessment, with its feedback, will positively change a person's
behavior. The 360º Leader Feedback Assessment measures a leader's
technical skill level, attitudes, and character traits we commonly
picture when we think of good leaders.
There are four interactive perspectives involved in an individual's
work environment self, peer, senior, and direct report/support
personnel, hence the term "360º perspective." This assessment yields
a 360º report comparing the individual's perspective with those
of the other groups.
The strength of the QLS 360º report is the one-on-one coaching,
which results in each individual's Action Plan. The eight-page Action
Plan provides several personalized recommendations on ways to improve.
A follow-on poll measures the program's overall impact on the organization.
