Lean Six Sigma Training Course 2007
Lean and Six Sigma are both process improvement methodologies. Lean is about cycle time reduction, elimination of waste, and continuous improvement. Six Sigma is about data-driven decisions and a robust methodology for reducing variation in processes. Both are used in manufacturing, service, government, health care, education, and non-profit organizations for dramatic results.
Green Belts (GBs) are employees at any level of the organization who have the greatest, first-hand process knowledge. GBs may lead projects themselves or work with Black Belts on improvement projects. Our Green Belt course provides GBs a basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma tools and problem solving methodology. It is the foundation for the more advanced Black Belt course and also provides fundamentals for leading and participating in successful project teams.
