Department of Veterans Affairs
QLS provided a range of leader development workshops from improving communications to team building techniques to the Department of Veterans Affairs. The participants were from both the new supervisors’ Leadership Elements and Attributes Program (LEAP) and the senior managers’ Professional Enhancement Program (PEP).
City of Madison, Alabama
The Mayor of Madison requested QLS support for the City’s newly-formed management team. Quantum designed a forum tailored to the city’s needs, with recommendations and action plans the members used to promote a city that is growing 20-25% each year.

Missiles and Space Program Executive Office
Quantum and the US Space and Rocket Center in Huntsville hosted a day where members of a missile project office role-played as astronauts and mission control personnel for a Space Shuttle launch, followed by a day in space aboard the Space Station. The exercise tested communications and teamwork skills with a lessons-learned review at the end of the day.
