John supports customers as they deal with organizational issues. He helps define challenges, identify fundamental characteristics, develop alternatives, analyze options, and recommend solutions. He has led multi-functional teams in developing management, assessment, and experimentation plans. Also, he has facilitated workshops for teams crafting evaluation and performance metrics.

John retired from the Army after serving in leadership and staff positions at installation, state National Guard, Army Staff, and Department of Defense levels. He earned a B.S. degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University. John also attended strategic leadership courses, including the U.S. Army War College. Through his experience and education, he has developed a wide range of capabilities in the areas of:
