Doug is Director of QLS. He assists organizations to envision, develop and implement organizational improvement and individual leader competency programs. He has led many team improvement efforts to include: facilitating process improvement; synchronizing a strategic human capital development plan; building change processes (such as Transformation, restructuring or adjusting the way an organization builds its current and emerging leader competency development program) and training Integrated Process/Product Teams (IPTs).

Doug retired from the Army as Chief, Leadership Development Division, Human Resource Command where he also worked on the Officer Professional Management System (OPMS) review. He spent over 25 years at every level of leadership (direct/tactical, operational and strategic) with military, government civilian and private corporate experience. Doug holds a B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia and a M.A. in Policy Analysis from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia. His experience and education have provided him with a wide range of capabilities in the following areas:
