QRI is a small business founded in 1987, providing high-quality business process reengineering to commercial companies and to federal and allied governments. QRI's home office is in Huntsville, Alabama, with other offices and operating locations across the U.S. including: Arlington, Virginia; Bel Air, Maryland; El Paso, Texas; Colorado Springs, Coloardo; Shalimar, Florida; Pentagon, DC; Ft.
