"Leaders as Circus Performers - Using Survey Feedback to Keep the Plates Spinning"

Effective leaders know how to get and act upon information from their organization and subsequently effect positive change. After implementing dozens of surveys with thousands of participants, we have found significant differences in how organizations use survey results. Those organizations that implemented recommendations and developed action plans from survey feedback improved organizational performance. Organizations that relegated their survey to the “library shelf” showed no subsequent improvement.
