SurveysSurveys are popular because they provide feedback you typically don’t receive. They tell you what you’re doing well and not so well, and allow you to put resources where they are needed for the most improvement. The QLS team has developed a web-based tool, Feedback™, which enables you to conduct surveys for measuring Customer and Employee Satisfaction or Organziational Climate. QLS uses several proven techniques tailored to your specific needs. We help you conduct an honest assessment of your organization's performance from the perspective of your customer or your employees. Using this baseline, we help you define the corporate performance desired, and develop a path to achieve it. All surveys are secure, web-based, and executable within two business days of a request.
Assessing Team Effectiveness All high performing organizations exhibit certain characteristics. Our unique and customizable survey allows you to assess team effectiveness by focusing on communication, ethics, and group dynamics. The process begins by selecting organizational members to anonymously complete the online assessment. The QLS team then compiles the data and conducts analyses of results and trends. We then meet with your organization's leadership to discuss the findings and provide suggestions to increase organizational effectiveness. 360º Assessment This assessment, with its feedback, will positively change a person's behavior. The 360º Leader Feedback Assessment measures a leader's technical skill level, attitudes, and character traits we commonly picture when we think of good leaders. There are four interactive perspectives involved in an individual's work environment — self, peer, senior, and direct report/support personnel, hence the term "360º perspective." This assessment yields a 360º report comparing the individual's perspective with those of the other groups. The 270° Leader Feedback Assessment is a powerful means of helping individuals become better leaders and motivating future leaders. This assessment measures the skills, knowledge, and attributes of aspiring leaders who do not have direct reports/support personnel. The assessment includes a self-rating from the evaluated individual and ratings from selected peers and seniors. The resultant report compares the assessed individual's self-perspective to others' perspectives resulting in increased self-awareness, which is the first step in improving. The 180° Peer-Leader Assessment is ideal for exposing a peer-level group to the basics of leadership. It works best for those who have been training collectively for three or more weeks and have enough familiarity with one another to provide their opinions of each other's leader qualities. A classroom environment lends itself well to this type of individual leader development. It proves especially worthwhile for those who have not had the challenge of leadership, but who possess potential to lead. It is also appropriate for those who work on a day-to-day basis in a collective group, with little interaction with seniors or support personnel. Each Feedback Assessment includes a comprehensive report with one-on-one coaching resulting in each individual's Action Plan, which contains personalized recommendations on ways to improve. A follow-on poll measures the program's overall impact on the organization.
