Don is a senior corporate staff member with program management expertise and experience. He helps organization focus on programmatics and overcome challenges in material acquisition, strategic operations, contracting, and logistics.

Don spent more than 20 years in the Army, retiring as both a certified Program Manager and a certified Battle Command Training Program Specialist. After leaving the Army, he worked for six years in corporate program management and system development for a major defense contractor, where he became a recognized authority in integrating modeling and simulation to drive analysis, design, and testing. His education includes a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Texas, an M.S. in Material Acquisition Management from Florida Institute of Technology, as well as several leadership courses while serving in the Army, including the Defense System Management College. Don's areas of concentration are:
